Mediation has since been used to a much greater extent in Hong Kong. The international trend of using Mediation to resolve disputes is catching on quickly in Hong Kong and becoming:”mainstream”. Anyone who is involved in dispute resolution should understand what Mediation is all about or be left behind. Of course, it is important to seek some legal assistance to help you in any disputes that arise. If it can be along the lines of enhancing their practice for the clients as accountants are the first to understand that their clients have partnership or financial problems.
